Pgrs Terms & Conditions – Complete Usage Policy

The following requirements must be met to open an account on pgrs. They are strictly enforced and verified.

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to open an account with pgrs. Minors are not permitted to register, and any such account discovered will be closed immediately.
• One account per person: Each person may hold only one pgrs account. If multiple accounts are found linked to the same individual, all accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete and accurate information at registration. Providing false or fabricated details may result in account termination.
• KYC Verification: pgrs may request identity verification via national ID, birth certificate, or passport at any time. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.
• Account Security: Keeping your login credentials confidential is your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify pgrs immediately.

The following rules apply when placing bets on pgrs. Additional sport-specific rules may also apply in each category.

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is considered final once you click the "Place Bet" button on the betting slip. After confirmation, bets cannot be changed or cancelled (except via the Cash Out feature).
• Odds Changes: The odds displayed at the moment your bet is confirmed are the ones that apply. Any subsequent odds changes will not affect bets already placed.
• Minimum & Maximum Bet: The minimum bet per market is ৳200. Maximum limits vary by market and VIP level.
• Match Cancellation or Postponement: If a match or event is fully cancelled, bets are generally refunded. If a match starts after the scheduled time, pgrs will handle the situation at its discretion.
• Technical Errors: If a system error on pgrs results in incorrect odds being displayed, pgrs reserves the right to void the affected bets.

All financial transactions on pgrs are governed by specific rules. The following conditions apply to both deposits and withdrawals.

• Accepted payment methods: pgrs currently supports bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and select bank transfers. Payments will only be accepted from accounts registered in your own name.
• Minimum Deposit: ৳200.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawals cannot be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Withdrawal Timeframe: Processing typically takes between 10 minutes and 24 hours. Additional verification may be required for your first withdrawal.
• Currency: pgrs processes transactions exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• Third-Party Payments: Depositing via another person's mobile banking account or withdrawing to another person's account is strictly prohibited.

Pgrs bonuses and promotions are offered under specific terms. Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of those terms.

• Wagering Requirement: Every bonus comes with a wagering or rollover requirement. For example, a 10x wagering requirement means you must place bets totaling 10 times the bonus amount.
• Validity: Every bonus has a set expiry period. If the wagering requirements are not met within that period, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Betting Limits with Bonuses: Bets placed with bonus balance generally require minimum odds of 1.50. Bets placed at lower odds will not count towards wagering requirements.
• One bonus at a time: A specific promotion may only be used once per account, device, household, or IP address.
• Voucher Code: Voucher code terms are set per code and are subject to change. pgrs reserves the right to modify or discontinue the voucher program at any time.

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on pgrs and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture if detected.

• Match Fixing or Manipulation: Any form of match manipulation or betting based on inside information is strictly prohibited.
• Arbitrage Betting: Attempting to make risk-free profits from bonuses or exploiting odds differences across multiple platforms is prohibited.
• Automated Software: Using pgrs via bots, scripts, or any other automated means is strictly prohibited.
• Money Laundering: Using pgrs for financial crimes or illegal monetary transactions is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited.
• Hacking or System Abuse: Unauthorized access to or interference with pgrs's systems or software is strictly prohibited.

Pgrs believes responsible gaming is both every user's right and our obligation. Our policy on this is as follows.

• Age Verification: No one under the age of 18 is permitted to use pgrs, and pgrs actively enforces this.
• Setting Limits: Users can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. A reduction takes effect immediately, while an increase is subject to a 7-day waiting period before it comes into force.
• Self-Exclusion: Any user may place their account on a temporary break for a fixed or indefinite period.
• Support: If you are struggling with a betting problem, you are encouraged to reach out to the pgrs support team or a professional counselling service.

Pgrs may temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances.

• Serious Violation of Terms & Conditions
• Evidence of fraudulent activity
• Incomplete KYC verification
• Suspected money laundering or financial crime
• Regulatory Authority Directives

Users may also request account closure at any time. Where no terms violations exist, any available balance will be made available for withdrawal.

Any dispute between pgrs and a user will first be approached through friendly discussion. The steps for dispute resolution are as follows.

1. Start by submitting a written complaint to pgrs's help center.
2. Pgrs will investigate and respond within 7 business days.
3. If the issue remains unresolved, you may submit an appeal to pgrs's internal appeals department.
4. If a dispute remains unresolved, it may be escalated to pgrs's licensing authority.

Pgrs reserves the right to correct any winnings resulting from technical errors or odds mistakes.

Pgrs reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified before any changes take effect.

Continued use of pgrs after any changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend checking this page regularly.
